Therefore, we play even harder for releasing stress, enjoying life, and reproducing our energy. By participating into these clubs (or you may form your own club), the junior engineers may have better social networks with senior engineers, leaders, and project managers; this definitely benefit both Enclave and our employees. We believe that working in such collaborative environment may get our engineers inspired, empowered, and rewarded.
