Professional Job Title

At Enclave, we struct our engineers to five (5) engineering levels respecting their abilities and experiences. Please refer to our definitions (below) for Software Engineer 1 to 3, Project Manager, Executive Manager. You may be one of them if meeting our expectation on specific role.

Software Engineer I (SW-1)

For graduates of an accredited academic university, in Computer Science or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience. See requirements right. Professional demeanor and attitude.

Software Engineer II (SW-2)

Same requirements as above, but with more experience and demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Strong technical capabilities. Technical or team leadership role. Ability to effectively communicate with Enclave users and client staff.

Software Engineer III (SW-3)

Same requirements as above but with exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Technical and domain expertise. Systems architect and team leadership. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with client PM’s and executives.

Project Management

Same requirements as above but with exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Technical and domain expertise. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with client PM’s and executives, and direct ODC operations. Primary client liaison.

Executive Management

Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English, French, Japanese, and/or Vietnamese. Exceptional leadership skills.
