JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate, open-minded and friendly English speaking administrative assistant. Strong team-player.Client-focused and service-oriented person. A person who is able to communicate with others, solve problems, demonstrate patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performing Daily report base on the collected data from client systems, mainly in Excel and Outlook format.
  • Working on Billing validation by reviewing contracts and performing the instant required tasks, supporting to complete/update the specific cases of related concerns.
  • Assisting in resolving any administrative problems in client’s working environment and provide support when needed.
  • Catching and being aware of essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems
  • Performing routine and scheduled audits of accounts/systems including creation and decom, stand as a backup in case of required and other tasks following manager’s instruction.
  • Daily report: Create reports based on info received from clients/systems. Mainly work on Excel & Outlook and internal ticketing system, CRM, database
  • Billing validation: read contracts carefully to decide tickets/ supports should be charged or not
  • Task on tickets: Create/ decom requested accounts; manage user’s access per requests; Audit ticket info before building/ decom contracts of clients; Create parts on client systems such as: Escalation Author List, Staff Plan
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields required
  • 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Proficient in English reading and writing and speaking skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
