IT Help Desk Manager

Working Location: Danang / Ho Chi Minh City / Remote
Working TIme: Tuesday – Friday: From 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Vietnamese time)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for one IT Help Desk Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service desk. This talent will manage the service desk team, represent the team to other stakeholders, and help to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the help desk team, assign tickets to the team, and evaluate performance
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate daily
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
  • Experience with help desk and remote-control software
  • Proven work experience as a Help Desk manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Experience in Scrum Master is a big plus
  • Prefer English Native Speaker
