Role Overview

Perform server administration tasks, monitor data-center health, maintain internal infrastructure, and assist teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support.

Core Responsibilities

Perform server administration tasks (e.g.: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly
Monitor data-center health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including servers, and security updates; support on ManageEngine Desktop Central
Assist the IT Support Team and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed
Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields
At least 05 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure, System Engineer, or in a similar role
Strong grasp of Windows Server, VMWare vCenter, Dell VXRail, EMC, PowerEdge server
Experience working on Windows and Linux environments
Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Gitlab, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience working on Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GC, and Azure
Strong knowledge of the virtualization platform
Good understanding of operation and infrastructure design
Good knowledge of application development approaches and technology is a plus
Good communication skills in English
