Experienced engineer with strong technical capability, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and the ability to serve in a technical lead or team lead role. Communicates effectively with end users and client stakeholders.
Senior engineer with exceptional leadership and communication skills, deep technical and domain expertise, system architecture capability, and team leadership experience. Communicates effectively with client project managers and executives.
Oversees ODC operations, coordinates delivery activities, and serves as the primary liaison between the client and the Enclave team.
Provides senior-level oversight, strategic direction, and client relationship support, with strong cross-cultural communication capabilities.
HOW TO JOIN
Candidates for software engineering positions need a BS in Computer Science from an accredited institution, English proficiency for their grade, and the indicators of success we look for: character, fortitude, dedication, integrity, maturity, and professional bearing.
