  • understand how visitors interact with website content.

Cookies may be:

  • First-party cookies, set through the Enclave website; or
  • Third-party cookies, set by an external service provider used on the website.

Cookies may also be:

  • Persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or are deleted.

We may also use similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, device identifiers, and server-side measurement tools. References to cookies in this notice include these similar technologies where appropriate.

3. How We Use Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • measure website performance;
  • understand how visitors use the website;

Where required by applicable law, we will not activate non-essential cookies unless you have provided consent.

4. Categories of Cookies

4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies and technologies are required to operate or secure the website or provide functionality requested by the visitor.

They may be used to:

  • remember cookie preferences;
  • protect website forms;
  • detect automated or abusive traffic;
  • maintain website security;
  • support traffic management; or
  • provide essential website functions.

These technologies cannot generally be disabled through our cookie preference center.

Blocking them through browser settings may cause parts of the website to stop functioning correctly.

4.2 Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website.

They may collect information about:

  • pages viewed;
  • time spent on pages;
  • website interactions;
  • referral sources;
  • browser and device types;
  • approximate location;
  • session activity; and
  • website performance.

We use this information to improve the website and understand the effectiveness of our content.

Where consent is required, analytics cookies will remain disabled until the visitor accepts them.

4.3 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies may remember optional choices and provide enhanced website functionality.

They may remember:

  • language preferences;
  • regional settings;
  • display choices; or
  • other website preferences.

This category should be removed from the published notice and consent banner if no functional cookies are present on the production website.

4.4 Advertising and Marketing Cookies

Advertising or marketing cookies may be used to:

  • measure advertising campaigns;
  • identify advertising referrals;
  • build advertising audiences;
  • support remarketing;
  • limit advertisement frequency; or
  • personalize marketing.

Enclave does not use advertising or marketing cookies unless they are specifically listed in the cookie table below.

If these technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

6. Google Analytics

Subject to your cookie choices and applicable law, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.

Google Analytics may process information such as:

  • pages visited;
  • website events and interactions;
  • session information;
  • approximate geographic location;

7. Google Tag Manager

We may use Google Tag Manager to manage scripts and tags deployed on the website.

Google Tag Manager is a tag-management system. The information processed depends on the tags configured through it.

Analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tags managed through Google Tag Manager will be controlled according to the visitor’s consent choices and applicable law.

8. Google Consent Mode

We may use Google Consent Mode to communicate cookie choices to Google tags.

Consent Mode can adjust how analytics and advertising tags behave based on the consent state selected by the visitor.

Consent Mode does not replace the website’s cookie banner or consent-management mechanism. Enclave remains responsible for presenting the relevant choices and recording visitor preferences.

9. Cloudflare Turnstile

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile on contact, recruitment, or other website forms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or abusive activity.

Cloudflare may process technical and security information relating to:

  • browser;
  • device;
  • network connection;
  • website interaction;
  • challenge result; and
  • security signals.

Turnstile generates a short-lived verification token that is validated by our server.

If Cloudflare Pre-Clearance or related challenge functionality is enabled, Cloudflare may also set the cf_clearance cookie.

These technologies are used for website and form security and are generally classified as strictly necessary.

10. Your Cookie Choices

When you first visit the website, you may be presented with a cookie banner containing these options:

  • Accept All
  • Reject Non-Essential
  • Customize

Selecting Accept All permits the optional categories displayed in the banner.

Selecting Reject Non-Essential prevents analytics, functional, advertising, and other optional cookies from being activated, except where a technology may lawfully operate without consent.

Selecting Customize allows you to choose which optional categories may operate.

Strictly necessary cookies and technologies remain active because they are needed to operate and secure the website.

11. Changing or Withdrawing Your Choices

You may change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time by selecting:

Cookie Settings

A Cookie Settings link should be available in the global footer or through another persistent privacy control.

Changing your preferences will affect future cookie use. It may not automatically delete cookies already stored on your device.

Existing cookies can be deleted using browser settings.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn.

12. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to:

  • view stored cookies;
  • delete cookies;
  • block certain cookies;
  • block third-party cookies;
  • block all cookies; or
  • receive a warning before a cookie is stored.

Browser controls vary by browser and device.

Blocking all cookies may affect website security, form functionality, preference storage, or other website features.

13. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals

Some browsers or extensions transmit privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Where Enclave is legally required to recognize a particular signal, we will process it in accordance with applicable law.

Our response may vary depending on:

  • the visitor’s jurisdiction;
  • the legal requirements that apply;
  • the browser signal received; and
  • the technologies used on the website.

14. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Enclave does not control cookies or similar technologies used on third-party websites. Their practices are governed by their own privacy and cookie notices.
