Enclave at Duy Tan University: Building Essential Skills for the AI Era

Thank you, Duy Tan University!

This morning, the Enclave team visited Duy Tan University in Da Nang. We talked with students of Software Engineering and other majors about "The Foundation Skills Companies Need in the AI Era".

A big thank you to Dr. Nguyen Duc Man, Dean of the International School and Head of the Software Engineering program, and to the faculty for inviting us and organizing the session.

Duy Tan University is one of Enclave's partner universities. Our partnership connects students with real industry work: the Enclave Bootcamp XX gives final-year students a path from the classroom to global client teams. Today's session is one more step in that partnership.

And thank you to the students for spending the morning with us.

What we shared:

  • Three skills companies need now: analytical thinking, working with data, and working with AI as a colleague.
  • Five personal foundations under them: English, attitude, lifelong learning, the courage to unlearn old habits, and human skills.

The lead of the Enclave Bootcamp XX introduced the program: a full-time training internship for final-year IT students.

Our message to the students: AI changes how we work, but it cannot give you the right attitude, an open mindset or the habit of learning every day. Those are yours to build, together with clear thinking and good English. Graduation is the start, not the finish.
